Our content includes an explanation of your diagnosis, standards of care and how to control the risk factors associated for you and your baby.  We will provide you with a meter and instruction.  You will learn individual meal planning and instruction on self injections if needed.

The classes are typically held on Thursday mornings of each week. The class schedule is as follows:

   Check in 8:30am -9:00am
   Class 9:00am – 12:00pm
