New patients are accepted through the referral of primary care physicians, nurse practitioners, or physician assistants. Patients are treated by scheduled appointment only. Appointments can be scheduled by calling (316) 687-3100 (8:00am - 12:00pm and 1:00pm - 4:30pm) Monday through Thursday.  Please call for an appointment as our patient schedules are booked in advance. Our staff is trained to obtain the medical information required to facilitate appropriate scheduling.

We require 24 hours advance notice for a cancelled appointment unless an emergency arises. It is our policy to charge a $30 missed appointment fee if you continue to miss scheduled appointments.  We make every effort to accommodate patients that need to be seen and know you appreciate your ability to see your provider when needed.
