We feel it is critcal to coordinate your care with your primary care physician.  Once your physician has determined it is necessary for you to see a specialist in diabetes or pediatric endocrinology, we ask that they submit a physician referral to our center.  This referral provides the appropriate medical records and lab results to better facilitate the services you need.  Should you wish to be referred to our office, we can assist you with the coordination by calling our center at (316) 687-3100 or (888) 878-5101.
